Doxim, a leader in transforming critical communications, seeks a Client Success professional to build strong client relationships and guide customers to achieve business goals through Doxim’s solutions and services.

You’ll lead onboarding, adoption, and collaboration with clients and cross-functional teams to support seamless service across order entry, production, delivery, and invoicing. You’ll resolve concerns, act on feedback, and partner with Sales on renewals to drive long-term retention.

Qualifications

• Onboarding and adoption responsibilities to ensure successful customer outcomes.
• Strong relationship management with executive sponsors and stakeholders.
• Understanding of mail service provider operations including USPS rules and regulations.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary Client Success point of contact for assigned accounts, acting as trusted advisor to key stakeholders and sponsors.
• Lead end-to-end customer onboarding, ensuring successful implementation, clear expectation setting, and defined customer success outcomes.
• Drive customer adoption and value realization by guiding usage, optimizing workflows, and aligning with business objectives.
• Manage day-to-day customer relationships, acting as main contact across order entry, production, delivery and invoicing.
• Own issue resolution and escalation, coordinating cross-functional teams for timely resolution.
• Identify expansion opportunities by partnering with Sales on upsell, cross-sell, and renewal strategies including contract support.
• Capture and act on customer feedback to measure sentiment and support long-term retention.
