Job summary

Doxim is seeking a Client Success Representative to build strong client relationships and guide onboarding, adoption, and service delivery across order entry, production, delivery, and invoicing. You will resolve concerns and collaborate with Sales on renewals and growth opportunities to drive long-term retention.

The role emphasizes a trusted-advisor stance with stakeholders, cross-functional teamwork, and a focus on delivering measurable client value and satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of mail service provider operations and USPS rules.
• Attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary Client Success point of contact for assigned accounts, acting as a trusted advisor to key stakeholders and executive sponsors.
• Lead end-to-end customer onboarding, ensuring successful implementation and defined customer success outcomes.
• Drive customer adoption and value realization by guiding usage and optimizing workflows.
• Manage day-to-day customer relationships across order entry, production, delivery, and invoicing processes.
• Own issue resolution and escalation management with cross-functional teams for timely resolutions.
• Identify and enable expansion opportunities by partnering with Sales on upsell, cross-sell, and renewal strategies, including contract support.
• Capture and act on customer feedback to measure sentiment and support long-term retention.
