Job summary

Doximity seeks a motivated implementation professional to drive adoption of Enterprise workflow tools for health system IT teams. You will manage onboarding, configuration, and kickoff activities while tracking ROI and engagement metrics.

Collaborating with Support, Product, and Marketing, you will resolve client needs and push for ongoing adoption, ensuring a strong client experience and measurable outcomes.

Qualifications

• 4+ years client-facing healthcare experience with strong communication and presentation skills.
• Attention to detail, analytical thinking, and comfort with technical implementations like SSO.
• Self-starter with problem-solving skills and a process improvement mindset.
