Qualifications

• One year of relatable work experience required.
• High School Diploma or Associate’s degree in related field required.
• Experience in healthcare admin, billing, or call center preferred.
• Excellent communication and attention to detail required.

Responsibilities

• Review medical records and payer guidelines to determine eligibility and compliance before service delivery.
• Communicate with patients regarding financial responsibility and document interactions.
• Contact patients when documentation does not meet payer requirements and provide options.
• Coordinate with referral sources, physicians and clinical teams to obtain complete documentation.
• Enter referrals within established timeframes while meeting productivity and quality standards.
• Support team operations and follow company policies and procedures.
