Qualifications

• One year of relatable work experience required.
• High School Diploma or 1–2 year related degree required.

Responsibilities

• Review medical records and payer guidelines for eligibility and compliance.
• Communicate with patients regarding financial responsibility and document interactions accurately.
• Coordinate with referrals, physicians, and clinical teams to obtain complete documentation.
• Enter referrals within established timeframes while meeting productivity and quality standards.
• Support intake process and ensure accurate shipping/delivery methods as per procedures.
• Assist in on-call rotation and follow company policies.
