Job summary

UKG is seeking a dynamic Install Base Account Executive focused on healthcare accounts with 75-500 employees. You will drive sales growth by upselling and cross-selling our workforce operating platform, leveraging industry insights to tailor solutions and maintain strong customer relationships.

You will collaborate with internal teams, monitor account health, and lead strategic campaigns and business reviews to expand bookings and satisfaction across assigned accounts.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in account management, sales, customer success, ERM, or related field with proven quota attainment.
• OR 1+ year of experience in customer relations and/or B2B sales selling products/services to a broad base.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in the technology/software industries.

Responsibilities

• Establish and maintain positive customer relationships across accounts.
• Develop strategic sales campaigns and proposals for HCM/Payroll solutions.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and drive adoption.
