Job summary

UKG is seeking an Account Executive focused on selling into the Upper Enterprise Healthcare install base. You will use consultative selling to understand business requirements and recommend UKG software solutions to meet their objectives.

This role requires building executive relationships with C-suite and senior leaders, onsite business reviews, and managing multi-million ARR deals. Base salary is $147,500 with strong upside through incentives.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of proven success selling enterprise platforms and AI at the C level.
• 2+ years selling within Healthcare.
• Consistently exceed a $2.0 Million+ quota.
• Experience selling deals over $1,000,000 in ARR and managing sales cycles over 9+ months.

Responsibilities

• Drive consistent quarter over quarter revenue growth within our largest healthcare customers.
• Continuously bring ideas to the table and communicate to leadership.
• All offerings to be positioned in accounts to drive maximum revenue.
• Forecasting and key tasks updated daily within Clari and Salesforce.
• Strategic Client Relationship Management.
• Foster and maintain executive-level relationships with C-suite and senior decision makers in all accounts.
• Onsite executive business reviews required in all assigned accounts.
