UKG is seeking an Account Executive focused on selling into the Upper Enterprise Healthcare install base. The candidate will use consultative selling to understand business requirements and recommend UKG software solutions to meet business objectives.

This role targets companies with employee size around 15,000. You will drive revenue growth, manage executive relationships, and coordinate onsite executive reviews; travel as needed.

Qualifikationen

• 5+ years of proven success selling enterprise platforms and AI at the C level.
• 2+ years selling within Healthcare.
• Consistently exceed a $2.0 Million+ quota.
• Experience selling deals over $1,000,000 in ARR and managing sales cycles over 9+ months.

Aufgaben

• Drive consistent quarter over quarter revenue growth within our largest healthcare customers.
• Continuously bring ideas to the table and communicate to leadership.
• All offerings to be positioned in accounts to drive maximum revenue.
• Forecasting and key tasks updated daily within Clari and Salesforce.
• Strategic client relationship management with executive stakeholders.
• Foster and maintain executive-level relationships with C-suite and senior decision makers.
• Onsite executive business reviews with key stakeholders.
