UKG is seeking a dynamic Install Base Account Executive to drive sales in healthcare accounts with 75-500 employees. You will upsell and cross-sell modules, build strategic campaigns, and maintain relationships with key decision-makers to grow bookings.

You’ll collaborate with internal teams, monitor account health, and ensure customer satisfaction through regular business reviews and events, while keeping Salesforce data accurate and up-to-date.

Qualifikationen

• 2+ years of experience in account management, sales, customer success, ERM, or related field with ability to meet or exceed quotas.
• OR 1+ years of experience in customer relations and/or B2B sales selling products/services to a broad customer base.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in technology/software industries.

Aufgaben

• Establish and maintain positive customer relationships via regular online interactions.
• Develop industry expertise to advise on best practices and service expansion.
• Create and run strategic sales campaigns to drive pipeline and bookings.
• Identify opportunities and develop proposals for HCM and Payroll solutions.
• Maintain product knowledge and present updates to end users.
• Create Annual Account Plans and Relationship Maps with internal teams.
• Build relations with decision-makers across accounts via executives and meetings.
• Ensure positive experiences via ongoing relationships and annual business reviews.
• Drive events attendance by coordinating with Field Marketing and Customer Marketing.
• Monitor account health, identify risks, and collaborate on Save Plans.
• Keep Salesforce contacts accurate and maintain a rolling 4-quarter pipeline; respond to MQLs within 24 hours.
