Job summary

UKG, the Workforce Operating Platform, is seeking an Account Executive focused on the Healthcare team within the Upper Enterprise install base. You will leverage consultative selling to understand client requirements and map UKG solutions to business objectives.

You will build executive relationships, drive revenue growth, and manage opportunities from initial qualification through renewal, with onsite executive reviews required in key accounts.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of proven success selling enterprise platforms and AI at the C level.
• 2+ years selling within Healthcare.
• Experience closing deals over $1,000,000 ARR and managing 9+ month sales cycles.

Responsibilities

• Drive quarter-over-quarter revenue growth within our largest healthcare customers.
• Maintain executive-level relationships with C-suite and senior decision makers.
• Lead onsite executive business reviews with UKG stakeholders.
• Forecasting and updates in Clari and Salesforce.
• Position all offerings to maximize revenue.
• Collaborate with leadership to share ideas and drive strategic account plans.
