Qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience in healthcare implementation or client onboarding.
• Excellent project management and organizational skills.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to manage client expectations.
• Proficiency in project management tools and healthcare systems (EDI, claims platforms).
• Adept at problem solving and decision making; collaboration and growth mindset.

Responsibilities

• Lead onboarding for new clients from contract to go-live.
• Serve as primary client contact during implementation with timely updates.
• Develop and manage detailed project plans, timelines, and deliverables.
• Coordinate with internal teams (operations, IT, claims, compliance, accounting).
• Facilitate data exchange and system configuration (claims routing, provider files, reports).
• Conduct onboarding meetings and training with client stakeholders.
• Identify and resolve implementation issues; escalate as needed.
• Ensure regulatory compliance and post-implementation support.
