Job summary

CVS Health is looking for a healthcare onboarding lead to manage end-to-end client implementations in the United States. You will coordinate internal teams, manage timelines, and serve as the primary liaison between clients and the organization to ensure a seamless transition to ongoing operations.

You will oversee data exchange, system configuration, and stakeholder training, while resolving issues and ensuring regulatory and policy compliance.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in healthcare implementation, or client onboarding.
• Excellent project management and organizational skills.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to manage client expectations.
• Proficiency in project management tools and healthcare systems (e.g., EDI, claims platforms).
• Adept at problem solving and decision making skills

Responsibilities

• Lead the onboarding process for new clients from contract execution to go-live.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients during implementation, ensuring clear communication and timely updates.
• Develop and manage detailed project plans, timelines, and deliverables.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure successful integration.
• Facilitate data exchange and system configuration, including but not limited to claims routing, provider files, Reports, invoicing.
• Conduct onboarding meetings and training sessions with client stakeholders.
• Identify and resolve implementation issues, escalating as needed to ensure client satisfaction.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies.
• Provide post-implementation support and transition clients to account management.
