This role requires 3–5 years in healthcare implementation, strong project management, and excellent communication. Proficiency with EDI and claims platforms is a plus, with a focus on timely delivery and regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in healthcare implementation or client onboarding.
• Excellent project management and organizational skills.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to manage client expectations.
• Proficiency with project management tools and healthcare systems (EDI, claims platforms).
• Adept at problem solving, collaboration, and delivering results.

Responsibilities

• Lead onboarding for new clients from contract execution to go-live and beyond.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients during implementation.
• Develop and manage detailed project plans, timelines, and deliverables.
• Coordinate with internal teams (operations, IT, claims, compliance, accounting) for successful integration.
• Facilitate data exchange and system configuration, including claims routing and reports.
