Job summary

CVS Health is seeking a results-oriented on-site Onboarding Lead to manage end-to-end implementation for new clients. You will coordinate cross-functional teams, drive timelines, and serve as the primary liaison between the client and CVS Health to ensure a smooth go-live.

You will develop detailed project plans, facilitate communication, resolve issues, and transition clients to ongoing account management, while ensuring regulatory and policy alignment throughout the process.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of healthcare implementation or client onboarding experience.
• Excellent project management and organizational skills.
• Strong interpersonal and communication abilities to manage client expectations.

Responsibilities

• Lead the onboarding process for new clients from contract execution to go-live.
• Lead implementations to add additional products and services to existing clients.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients during implementation, ensuring clear communication and timely updates.
• Develop and manage detailed project plans, timelines, and deliverables.
• Coordinate with internal teams (e.g., operations, IT, claims, compliance, account management, Accounting) to ensure successful integration.
• Facilitate data exchange and system configuration, including but not limited to claims routing, provider files, Reports, invoicing.
• Conduct onboarding meetings and training sessions with client stakeholders.
• Identify and resolve implementation issues, escalating as needed to ensure client satisfaction.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies.
• Provide post-implementation support and transition clients to account management.
