Job summary

CVS Health is seeking a capable onboarding leader to drive end-to-end client implementation. You will coordinate internal teams, manage timelines, and serve as the primary liaison to ensure a seamless transition to ongoing account management.

Responsibilities include coordinating data exchange, training client stakeholders, and resolving issues to maintain client satisfaction. A Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience in healthcare implementation or client onboarding.
• Excellent project management and organizational skills.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to manage client expectations.
• Proficiency in project management tools and healthcare systems (EDI, claims platforms).
• Adept at problem solving and decision making.
• Adept at collaboration and teamwork

Responsibilities

• Lead onboarding for new clients from contract to go-live and expand products/services.
• Serve as primary client contact during implementation with clear communication.
• Develop and manage detailed project plans, timelines and deliverables.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure successful integration.
• Facilitate data exchange and system configuration, including claims routing.
• Conduct onboarding meetings and training with client stakeholders.
• Identify and resolve implementation issues and escalate as needed.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies.
• Provide post-implementation support and transition to account management.

Education

Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent work experience
