EnableComp is seeking an Implementation Project Manager to oversee client onboarding into our high-performance product suite. You will plan, execute and coordinate activities for onboarding, ensuring timelines, deliverables, and expectations are managed while raising critical issues promptly.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to review status, resolve issues, and deliver solutions tailored to healthcare client needs. Travel 0-10% may be required.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree required; Advanced degree preferred.
• 4+ years’ experience with implementation and/or technical project management in a healthcare setting.
• Experience with physician office workflow knowledge is a plus.
• Extensive familiarity with payer or provider-based healthcare data sets required.
• Experience with project management tools.
• Technical proficiency with portfolio management tools, ticketing software, Apple tech and cloud-based document sharing systems.
• Knowledge about extended medical terminology.
• Strong computer proficiency and MS Office suite.
• Regular and predictable attendance.

Mansioni

• Provide overall support surrounding the implementation of core service offerings, data integration and requirement gathering activities.
• Work directly with clients to review project status, action items, and resolve issues.
• Consult and identify solutions for client’s specific requirements.
• Coordinate with internal teams to manage tasks related to the client’s implementation.
• Manage change and client expectations effectively.
• Maintain real time project status through online project management tools.
• Establish and manage aggressive timelines and critical-path deadlines.
• Provide weekly/monthly reporting and forecasting to management and stakeholders on the Operations team.
• Other duties as required.
