EnableComp LLC is seeking an Implementation Project Manager to oversee client onboarding and drive integration into our high‑performance platform. The IPM will plan, execute and coordinate the activities for on‑boarding clients into the EnableComp service suite, and manage timelines, deliverables, setting client expectations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree preferred.
• 4+ years of implementation and/or technical project management in healthcare.
• Experience in physician office workflow is a plus.
• Familiar with payer or provider-based healthcare data sets.
• Experience with project management tools.
• Proficiency with project portfolio management tools and cloud-based sharing.
• Knowledge of extended medical terminology.
• Ability to use MS Office applications.
• Regular and predictable attendance.

Responsabilités

• Provide overall support surrounding the implementation of core service offerings, data integration and requirement gathering activities.
• Work directly with clients to review project status, action items, and resolve issues.
• Consult and identify solutions for client’s specific requirements.
• Work with internal team members to communicate and manage tasks related to the client’s implementation.
• Manage change and client expectations effectively.
• Maintain real time project status through online project management tools.
• Establish and manage aggressive timelines and confront critical-path items and deadlines.
• Provide weekly/monthly reporting and forecasting to management and other key stakeholders on the Operations team.
• Other duties as required.
