Job summary

EnableComp is seeking an Implementation Project Manager to oversee client onboarding and drive successful integration of our high-performance product suite. You will plan, execute, and coordinate onboarding activities, manage timelines, deliverables, and client expectations, and communicate status regularly.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree and 4+ years of healthcare implementation or technical project management, with strong client-facing and analytical skills in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree preferred.
• 4+ years of implementation or technical project management in healthcare.
• Experience with physician office workflows is a plus.
• Familiarity with payer/provider healthcare data sets.
• Experience with project management tools and MS Office.
• Ability to work independently and in fast-paced environments.

Responsibilities

• Provide overall support for implementation of core service offerings.
• Coordinate with clients to review project status and action items.
• Identify solutions for client requirements and issues.
• Work with internal teams to manage tasks for client implementations.
• Manage change and client expectations effectively.
• Maintain real-time project status using online tools.
• Establish aggressive timelines and monitor critical-path items.
• Provide weekly/monthly reporting and forecasting to management.
• Perform other duties as required.
