Job summary

Collectly is seeking an Implementation Manager to lead healthcare SaaS deployments from kickoff to go-live. You will coordinate cross-functional teams, tailor configurations, and train client stakeholders to ensure successful adoption.

The role emphasizes strong governance, clear communication, and rapid issue resolution in a fast-paced environment as you collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Sales to deliver high-quality implementations.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of software implementation experience in healthcare SaaS.
• Proven track record managing complex implementations from start to finish.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Familiarity with healthcare software systems and technical concepts.
• Strong interpersonal skills and client relationship management.
• Ability to analyze issues and propose effective solutions in fast-paced environments.
• Collaborative mindset with the ability to work across departments.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end implementation projects with timelines, milestones, and deliverables.
• Serve as the primary client contact during implementation and guide solution alignment.
• Develop and conduct comprehensive training sessions for client stakeholders.
• Collaborate to customize and configure software to client needs while following best practices.
• Proactively identify and resolve implementation issues to maintain momentum.
• Create detailed documentation of processes, configurations, and requirements.
• Work across Sales, Customer Success, Product, and Engineering to ensure successful deployments.
