GE HealthCare seeks a Senior Project Manager to oversee customer-facing software implementation projects from kickoff to go-live and handoff. You will coordinate with clinical, IT, engineering and commercial teams to deliver deployments that meet client expectations and timelines.

The role requires strong communication, organizational skills, and technical problem-solving in a fast-paced healthcare environment, with focus on risk mitigation and user adoption across hospital systems.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Healthcare, IT or related field.
• Minimum 3+ years of experience in project management, software implementation, or healthcare technology delivery.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management across clinical and technical teams.

Responsabilités

• Lead the planning and execution of multiple software implementation projects, ensuring on-time delivery and scope alignment.
• Serve as the primary customer contact throughout the implementation lifecycle, engaging clinical and IT stakeholders.
• Collaborate with physicians, technologists, and hospital IT teams to integrate solutions into clinical workflows.
• Develop and manage project plans, timelines, milestones, and deliverables with proactive risk handling.
• Coordinate cross-functional resources (engineering, applications, installation) for smooth execution.
• Support installation, configuration, validation, and integration with hospital systems and networks.
• Facilitate end-user readiness and adoption, including training and workflow alignment.
• Identify, document, and escalate risks and issues; drive resolution with internal teams.
• Maintain accurate project documentation and status reporting to stakeholders.
• Gather customer feedback to drive continuous improvement in products and processes.
