Job summary

EnableComp is seeking an Implementation Project Manager to oversee client onboarding and drive successful integration of our high-performance product suite. You will plan, execute, and coordinate onboarding activities, manage timelines, deliverables, and client expectations, and communicate status regularly.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree and 4+ years of healthcare implementation or technical project management, with strong client-facing and analytical skills in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

POSITION SUMMARY

The Implementation Project Manager will oversee and drive process integration clients into our high-performance product suite. The IPM will manage activities associated with new client implementations and internal initiatives, will plan execute and coordinate the activities for on-boarding clients into the EnableComp service suite, will be responsible for managing the timeline, deliverables, setting client expectations, communicating regularly and elevating critical issues.

THE JOB RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE

• Provide overall support surrounding the implementation of core service offerings, data integration and requirement gathering activities.

• Work directly with clients to review project status, action items, and resolve issues.

• Consult and identify solutions for client’s specific requirements.

• Work with internal team members to communicate and manage tasks related to the client’s implementation.

• Manage change and client expectations effectively.

• Maintain real time project status through online project management tools.

• Establish and manage aggressive timelines and confront critical-path items and deadlines.

• Provide weekly/monthly reporting and forecasting to management and other key stakeholders on the Operations team.

• Other duties as required.

REQUIREMENTS AND QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor’s degree required. Advanced degree preferred.

• 4+ years’ experience with implementation and/or technical project management in a healthcare setting.

• Prior experience in physician office setting including knowledge of physician office workflow and processes a plus.

• Extensive familiarity with payer or provider-based healthcare data sets required.

• Experience with project management tools required.

• Technical proficiency with project portfolio management tools, support ticketing software, Apple technology and cloud-based document sharing systems.

• Knowledge about extended medical terminology required.

• Equivalent combination of education and experience will be considered.
