Job summary
Databricks is seeking an Enterprise Account Executive to sell to large healthcare accounts. You will drive strategic deals, expand customer vision, and compress decision cycles by communicating our value of the unified data analytics platform, AI capabilities, and cloud data services.

Qualifications
- Field sales experience within healthcare, cloud or SaaS.
- 7+ years experience exceeding sales quotas.
- Experience managing large healthcare accounts and relationships with CIOs, program managers and key decision makers.
- Ability to articulate cloud technologies and data platforms clearly.
- Understanding of Spark and big data is preferred.
Responsibilities
- Meet with CIOs, IT leaders, LOB executives, and program managers.
- Grow two enterprise healthcare accounts.
- Identify and close quick wins while managing longer sales cycles.
- Exceed activity, pipeline, and revenue targets.
- Track customer details including use case, timelines, next steps in Salesforce.
- Promote Databricks' enterprise cloud data platform powered by Apache Spark.
- Ensure 100% satisfaction among customers.
- Prioritize opportunities and allocate appropriate resources.
- Build a plan for success internally and with accounts.
