Job summary

Healthcare Services Group (HCSG) in the United States is launching a Dining Services Manager in Training program designed to prepare you to run your own account within a healthcare setting. The paid 16-week training combines hands-on operations with computer-based learning to develop leadership in dining services.

Participants will learn to manage meal preparation, service quality, compliance with health and sanitation standards, inventory and scheduling, and patient/resident customer service,

Qualifications

• High school diploma preferred.
• Experience in dining services or hospitality preferred.
• Must obtain FPM, FSM, LTC-FSM, and CDM/CFPP certificates during the program.
• Valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Assist in managing dining services operations, including meal preparation, service, and quality control.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation standards.
• Participate in staff training, development, and scheduling.
• Assist with inventory management and ordering of supplies.
• Provide excellent customer service to residents, staff, and guests.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
