Healthcare Services Group (HCSG) offers a structured and paid 16-week Dining Services Manager in Training program in Florida. You will learn to manage your own account and oversee dining services in a healthcare setting with hands-on and computer-based training.

The program emphasizes compliance with health and sanitation standards while delivering excellent customer service to residents and staff. Qualified candidates should have a high school diploma or equivalent, relevant dining/hospitality

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Experience in dining services or hospitality preferred.
• Must obtain FPM/FSM/LTC-FSM/CDM/CFPP certifications during the program.
• Residency within the service area required.
• COVID-19 vaccination policies compliance.

Responsibilities

• Assist in managing dining services operations, including meal preparation, service, and quality control.
• Learn to ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation standards.
• Participate in staff training, development, and scheduling.
• Assist with inventory management and ordering of supplies.
• Interact positively with residents, staff, and guests, providing excellent customer service.
• All other duties as assigned.
