Healthcare Services Group (HCSG) invites you to join our Dining Services Manager in Training program—a structured, paid 16-week journey to learn how to manage and oversee dining services in a healthcare setting.

Through hands-on and computer-based training, you will develop leadership skills, ensure compliance with health and sanitation standards, and prepare to manage operations, inventory, and guest service.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required or preferred.
• Previous dining services or hospitality experience recommended.
• Must obtain FPM, FSM, LTC-FSM, and CDM/CFPP certifications during the program.
• Strong organizational and communication skills are essential.
• Residency within the service area is required.
• COVID-19 vaccination policy compliance is required.

Responsibilities

• Assist in managing dining services operations, including meal preparation, service, and quality control.
• Learn to ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation standards.
• Participate in staff training, development, and scheduling.
• Assist with inventory management and ordering of supplies.
• Interact positively with residents, staff, and guests, providing excellent customer service.
• All other duties as assigned.
