Healthcare Services Group, Inc. is launching a 16-week Dining Services Manager in Training program in the Richmond area. You will learn to manage dining services operations in healthcare settings with hands-on and computer-based training, preparing you to oversee the account.

The program emphasizes health and sanitation standards, customer service excellence, staff development, and progression within HCSG's nationwide opportunities. This paid program offers growth and hands-on experience.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Experience in dining services or hospitality preferred.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Certifications: Food Protection Manager, FSM, LTC-FSM, and CDM/CFPP as required by state regulations.
• Valid driver''s license.
• Residency within the service area required.

Responsibilities

• Assist in managing dining services operations, including meal preparation, service, and quality control.
• Learn to ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation standards.
• Participate in staff training, development, and scheduling.
• Assist with inventory management and ordering of supplies.
• Interact positively with residents, staff, and guests, providing excellent customer service.
• All other duties as assigned.
