The program combines hands-on and computer-based training and aims to prepare you to manage your own account. As part of the program, you’ll learn to manage operations, ensure health and safety compliance, train staff, and handle inventory while delivering excellent resident and guest service.

Qualifications

• Must have strong organizational and communication abilities.
• Customer service mindset and attention to detail are essential.
• Ability to work in a healthcare dining environment and handle sanitation standards.

Responsibilities

• Assist in managing dining services operations, including meal preparation, service, and quality control.
• Learn to ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation standards.
• Participate in staff training, development, and scheduling.
• Assist with inventory management and ordering of supplies.
• Interact positively with residents, staff, and guests, providing excellent customer service.
• All other duties as assigned.
