Healthcare Services Group (HCSG) offers a Dining Services Manager in Training program designed to develop you into a manager of dining services in a healthcare setting. The 16-week, paid track provides hands-on and computer-based training, with relocation support within Mississippi and Alabama.

This program emphasizes health and safety standards, staff development, inventory, and customer service as you prepare to lead operations for residents and staff.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous experience in dining services or hospitality preferred.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Must obtain FPM, FSM, LTC-FSM, and CDM/CFPP certifications during the development program.
• Valid driver's license.
• Residency within the service area required.
• Compliance with COVID-19 vaccination policies.

Responsibilities

• Assist in managing dining services operations, including meal preparation, service, and quality control.
• Learn to ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation standards.
• Participate in staff training, development, and scheduling.
• Assist with inventory management and ordering of supplies.
• Interact positively with residents, staff, and guests, providing excellent customer service.
• All other duties as assigned.
