Datavant is seeking a Client Success Manager to drive successful delivery on customer projects within healthcare data environments. You will coordinate internal teams—data integrations, engineering, and sales—and manage communications, status updates, and final reporting across the project lifecycle.

• 3+ years of project management experience.
• Familiarity with healthcare data systems, data formats and processes.
• BS degree in business, technology or related field.
• Knowledge of healthcare industry, payment models, risk adjustment, medical coding, physician workflow, and/or electronic health record systems.
• Advanced Excel skills (VLOOKUP, pivot tables); some SQL knowledge is helpful.

Responsabilidades

• Lead the Datavant relationship with the customer ensuring best possible result delivery, service and support.
• Manage coordination, tracking and reporting of all customer projects.
• Coordinate efforts across data integrations, coding management, engineering, sales and executive teams.
• Ensure smooth communication channels between internal stakeholders with regular reports and updates.
• Own customer operations project management processes, tools and reference materials.
• Monitor project status and success throughout the lifecycle.
• Identify and resolve customer problems; coordinate escalation with sales and internal teams.
• Prepare final reports and presentations; coordinate results delivery with Sales.
• Identify, define and execute process improvements in line with goals.
• Partner with engineering to identify and resolve software issues affecting projects.
• Willingness to travel 15%.
