Job summary

Datavant is seeking a Senior Director of Client Success to lead strategy, retention, and revenue growth across a large portfolio. You will partner with executives and cross‑functionally with Sales, Product, and Operations to translate market and regulatory insights into proactive client strategies.

You will build scalable talent practices, coach a multi‑level team of CSMs and Managers, and shape governance to ensure consistent, high‑quality outcomes while advancing data‑driven client value.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of progressive experience in client success or related fields.
• 5+ years of people leadership managing managers or multi‑level teams.
• Subject‑matter expertise in Risk Adjustment and Retrieval processes.
• Working knowledge of HIPAA and healthcare data privacy requirements.
• Experience managing executive‑level relationships up to the C‑suite.
• Proven track record owning revenue, retention, and growth targets.
• Strong financial acumen and translating data into strategy.
• Advanced proficiency with data/BI tools (Excel, Power BI, SQL).

Responsibilities

• Lead client experience strategy and team performance across the full account portfolio.
• Guide strategy across accounts aligning client roadmaps to corporate priorities.
• Oversee delivery across implementations, renewals, growth and escalations.
• Coach leaders to deliver executive presentations and drive alignment.
• Own governance models and scalable frameworks across the Business Unit.
• Drive data‑driven decisions and KPI development for portfolio growth.
