Job summary

Datavant is hiring a Client Success Manager to drive successful completion of customer projects and manage cross-functional teams across data integrations, coding management, engineering, and sales. This role emphasizes strong healthcare domain knowledge, project leadership, and high-quality communications with stakeholders.

You will coordinate project resources, report on status, and own processes with a focus on continuous improvement. Travel up to 15% is required.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of project management experience.
• Familiarity with healthcare data systems and processes at a technical level.
• BS degree in business, technology or related field.
• Knowledge of healthcare industry, payment models, risk adjustment, medical coding, physician workflow, or EHR systems.
• Advanced Excel skills including vlookup and pivot tables; SQL knowledge is helpful.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Datavant relationship with the customer ensuring the best result delivery, service and support.
• Manage coordination, tracking and reporting of all customer projects.
• Coordinate effort of project resources with data integrations, coding management, engineering, sales, and executives.
• Maintain smooth communication channels via regular reporting and status updates.
• Own customer operations project management processes, tools, and reference materials.
• Monitor project status and success throughout the lifecycle.
• Identify and resolve customer problems, coordinating escalation with sales and internal teams.
• Prepare final reports and presentations for customers; coordinate results with Sales.
• Define and execute process improvements aligned with department goals.
• Partner with engineering to identify and resolve software issues affecting projects.
• Willingness to travel 15% of the time.
