Job summary

Datavant is seeking a Client Success Manager to drive successful outcomes for healthcare data projects in collaboration with customers and internal teams. You will manage end-to-end coordination across data integrations, engineering, sales, and executive stakeholders to ensure timely, high-quality results.

The role requires 3+ years in project management, healthcare data familiarity, strong Excel and SQL skills, and excellent communication abilities. Occasional travel (up to 15%) is expected.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of project management experience.
• Familiarity with healthcare data systems and processes.
• BS degree in business, technology, or related field.
• Knowledge of healthcare industry, payment models, risk adjustment, medical coding, and physician workflow.
• Advanced Excel skills including VLOOKUP and pivot tables; some SQL knowledge is helpful.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead the client relationship to deliver best results and support.
• Coordinate, track, and report on customer projects.
• Lead cross-functional project resources including data integrations, engineering, and sales.
• Ensure regular updates and reports to stakeholders (daily/weekly/quarterly).
• Own customer operations project management processes and tools.
• Monitor project status through full lifecycle.
• Identify and resolve customer problems with escalation when needed.
• Prepare final reports and presentations and coordinate delivery with Sales.
• Identify and implement process improvements aligned with goals.
• Partner with engineering to identify and resolve software issues affecting projects.
• Travel up to 15% as needed.
