Job summary

Datavant is hiring a Client Success Manager to drive successful delivery of customer projects and ensure ongoing satisfaction across data integration and reporting work streams.

You will collaborate with engineering, data teams, sales and leadership to keep projects on track, communicate progress, and deliver compelling final reports. This role requires healthcare domain knowledge, strong Excel and communication skills, plus travel up to 15%.

Qualifications

• 3+ years project management experience.
• Familiarity with Healthcare data systems and processes; able to discuss at a technical level.
• BS degree in business, technology or related field.
• Knowledge of healthcare industry, payment models, risk adjustment, medical coding, physician workflow, or electronic health record systems.
• Advanced Excel skills including VLOOKUP and pivot tables; some SQL knowledge is helpful.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Datavant relationship with the customer to ensure optimal delivery, service and support.
• Coordinate, track and report all aspects of customer projects.
• Coordinate with data integrations, engineering, sales and exec teams.
• Maintain clear internal and external communications with regular reports and updates.
• Own customer operations project management processes and tools.
• Monitor project status through the full lifecycle and drive improvements.
