The Client Success Manager will own the customer relationship, ensuring top results, coordinating project resources, and driving clear communication across data integrations, engineering, sales and leadership in a remote U.S. setting.

This full-time role requires 3+ years of project management, healthcare data knowledge, and strong Excel/SQL skills; travel up to 15% may be required.

Qualifications

• 3+ years project management experience.
• Familiarity with healthcare data systems and ability to discuss at a technical level.
• BS degree in business, technology or related field.
• Knowledge of healthcare industry, payment models, risk adjustment, medical coding, physician workflow, and/or EHR systems.
• Advanced Excel skills including VLOOKUP and pivot tables; some SQL knowledge is helpful.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Datavant relationship with the customer to ensure best result delivery, service and support.
• Coordinate, track and report on all things related to customer projects.
• Coordinate efforts of project resources with data integrations, coding management, engineering, sales and executives.
• Maintain regular communication channels with stakeholders through reports and updates.
• Own customer operations project management processes, tools, and reference materials.
• Monitor project status through lifecycle.
• Identify and resolve customer problems; coordinate escalation with sales and internal teams.
• Prepare final reports and presentations; deliver results summaries with Sales.
• Identify and implement process improvements aligned with goals.
• Partner with engineering to identify and resolve software issues affecting projects.
• Travel up to 15%.
