You will collaborate with business leaders, digital teams, marketing, product owners, and analytics partners to enhance customer experiences across touchpoints

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree as a minimum requirement.
• Pursuit of a graduate degree in an accredited program.
• Master’s in Business Analytics, Marketing, Customer Experience Management or related field preferred.

Responsibilities

• Analyze voice-of-customer data and customer journeys.
• Evaluate digital experiences and website analytics.
• Develop journey maps and experience recommendations.
• Prepare presentations and reports for stakeholders.
• Collaborate with leaders across marketing, product, and analytics.
