United Concordia Dental is offering a Summer 2027 Customer Experience Analyst Graduate Internship to develop hands-on skills in customer experience strategy, journey analytics, and digital optimization within a healthcare setting.

You will collaborate with leaders across marketing, product, analytics, and UX to analyze voice-of-customer data, map journeys, and prepare insights that improve satisfaction and business outcomes. Mentorship and project-based learning are integral to the program.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Pursuing a graduate degree full or part-time in an accredited college or university.

Responsibilities

• Analyze voice-of-customer data and customer journeys.
• Evaluate website and digital experience assessments.
• Review Adobe Analytics insights and support process improvements.
• Develop journey maps and experience recommendations.
• Assist with content and SEO optimization and create presentations/reports for stakeholders.
