You will work with leaders across marketing, analytics, UX, and product teams, analyzing interactions and crafting data-driven recommendations to enhance satisfaction, engagement, and outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; pursuing graduate degree encouraged.
• Graduate degree program (full or part-time) preferred.
• Experience with VOC analytics, journey mapping, and experience measurement is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Analyze voice-of-customer data and opportunities to improve experiences.
• Evaluate customer journeys and identify optimization opportunities.
• Develop journey maps and experience recommendations for stakeholders.
• Assist content and SEO optimization efforts and prepare presentations/reports.
• Support cross-functional teams with data-driven insights.
