Interns will work with leaders across digital experience, marketing, product, and analytics to analyze customer interactions, map journeys, and create actionable recommendations that improve satisfaction and engagement while supporting organizational growth.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Pursuing a graduate degree (full or part-time) in a related field.

Responsibilities

• Analyze voice-of-customer data and customer interactions.
• Assist with journey mapping and experience optimization.
• Support analytics and reporting for customer experience initiatives.
