Job summary

Talented Medical Solutions is seeking an experienced Credentials Coordinator for a 100% onsite role in St. Helena, CA. The position supports a hospital medical staff office, focusing on credentialing, privileging, and onboarding processes.

Location is St. Helena, CA with a Monday–Friday schedule and 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM shifts (5x8s). Candidates should have 2+ years in hospital credentialing and hold CPCS or CPMSM certification.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of hospital Medical Staff or Credentialing experience.
• Active CPCS or CPMSM certification is required.
• Experience with provider credentialing, privileging, and reappointments.
• Strong attention to detail with ability to maintain strict confidentiality.

Responsibilities

• Manage provider credentialing and recredentialing.
• Perform Primary Source Verification (PSV).
• Process physician privileging applications.
• Maintain audit-ready credential files.
• Support provider onboarding, system access, and orientation.
• Ensure compliance with hospital bylaws and regulatory standards.
