Qualifications

• 1 year experience with basic computer skills: Office suite (Access, Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook).
• 1 year experience communicating with internal/external associates, teams and leaders.
• 1 year experience with root cause analysis: ask questions, gather data, identify and solve.
• 2 years experience in a call monitoring environment.
• Ability to adjust priorities quickly in a changing, fast-paced environment.
• Understanding of IT architecture for phone systems including VoIP/TDM, call centers, and related ticket systems.

Responsibilities

• Support and monitor business operations to ensure compliance with policies and regulations.
• Conduct audits and review operational data to identify risks and improve accuracy and efficiency.
• Develop and maintain SOPs, reporting, training and corrective action plans.
• Analyze trends and prepare leadership reports; ensure alignment with internal controls and regulatory requirements.
• Manage work through an assigned ticketing system, ensure SLAs and timely updates.
