Qualifications

• 1 year experience communicating with internal/external associates and leaders.
• Minimum of 1 year experience with root cause analysis.
• Minimum of 2 years experience within a call monitoring environment.
• Ability to adjust priorities to meet changing requirements in a fast-paced setting.
• Knowledge of IT architecture for phone switches and call recording solutions.
