The role focuses on managing tickets within SLAs, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and contributing to process improvements in a fast-paced health-care environment.

Qualifications

• Requires at least 1 year in Office Suite applications (Access, Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook).
• 1+ year experience communicating with internal/external associates and leaders.
• Minimum 1 year experience with root cause analysis and data-driven problem solving.
• Minimum 2 years experience in a call monitoring environment.
• Ability to adapt priorities quickly in a fast-paced setting.
• Knowledge of IT architecture related to phone switches and call recording solutions (VoIP/TDM).

Responsibilities

• Support and monitor business operations for regulatory and quality compliance.
• Conduct audits and review operational data and documentation.
