Job summary

CVS Health in the United States seeks a Senior Coordinator, Business Compliance to support compliance programs and operations. You will audit processes, review data, investigate concerns, and help develop SOPs and corrective actions to strengthen regulatory adherence.

You will manage tickets, track SLAs and TAT, analyze trends, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvement and compliant operations.

Qualifications

• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite (Access, Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook).
• Experience communicating with internal/external associates, teams and leaders.
• 1 year minimum root cause analysis experience with proactive data review.
• 2 years in a call monitoring environment.
• Ability to adapt priorities in a fast-changing environment.
• Knowledge of IT architecture for call centers (VoIP/TDM) and related systems.

Responsibilities

• Conduct audits and reviews to ensure compliance with policies and standards.
• Investigate compliance concerns and recommend improvements.
• Assist in developing and maintaining SOPs and reporting.
• Prepare metrics reports and support training initiatives.
• Manage work through a ticketing system; monitor SLAs and TATs.
• Lead or participate in cross-functional projects and process improvements.
