You will conduct audits, review data, develop SOPs, prepare leadership reports, and manage tickets within SLAs, collaborating with cross-functional teams to strengthen internal controls.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year experience with MS Office Suite (Access, Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook).
• 1 year experience communicating with internal/external associates, teams and business leaders.
• Minimum of 1 year experience with root cause analysis and data-driven problem solving.
• Minimum of 2 years experience in a call monitoring environment.
• Experience with prioritizing tasks in a fast-paced environment and adjusting to changing requirements.

• Conduct audits and reviews to ensure regulatory and procedural compliance.
• Manage and resolve tickets within SLAs and turnaround times.
