Job summary

CVS Health is seeking a Senior Coordinator, Business Compliance to support operations, leadership and compliance partners. You will identify risks, promote process adherence and support continuous improvement initiatives.

You will conduct audits, analyze data, investigate concerns, and help develop SOPs, reporting, training and corrective actions to strengthen controls and regulatory adherence.

Qualifications

• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Access, Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook).
• At least 1 year experience communicating with internal/external associates and leaders.
• At least 1 year experience with root cause analysis and data-driven problem solving.
• At least 2 years experience in a call monitoring environment.
• Ability to adjust priorities in a fast-changing environment.
• Understanding of IT architectures for call centers (VoIP, call recording, Nice, Five9 Verint).

Responsibilities

• Conduct audits and review operational data and documentation.
• Investigate compliance concerns and recommend improvements.
• Develop and maintain SOPs, reporting, training, and corrective action plans.
• Monitor tickets and ensure SLAs and turnaround times are met.
• Lead or participate in cross-functional projects and provide status updates.
• Analyze trends and prepare leadership reports.
