Job summary

CVS Health is seeking a Senior Coordinator, Business Compliance to support and monitor operations for regulatory adherence, risk identification, and process improvement. You will collaborate with operational teams and compliance partners to promote adherence and drive continuous improvement.

You will conduct audits, review data, investigate concerns, and contribute to SOP development, reporting, and training.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite: Access, Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook.
• ~1 year experience communicating with internal/external associates, teams and business leaders.
• Minimum of 1 year experience with root cause analysis and data-driven problem solving.
• Minimum of 2 years experience within a call monitoring environment.
• Ability to adjust priorities rapidly to changing business requirements.

Responsibilities

• Audit activities and monitor compliance with policies and regulatory requirements.
• Lead or participate in cross-functional projects and process improvements.
• Develop and maintain SOPs, reporting, and training materials.
• Manage tickets within SLAs and ensure timely updates and resolution.
• Prepare leadership reports and monitor performance metrics.
