Job summary

CVS Health is seeking a Senior Coordinator, Business Compliance to support and monitor operations for policy, regulatory, and quality adherence. You will audit, investigate, and recommend improvements while maintaining SOPs and reporting to leadership.

The role requires strong analytical, communication, and documentation skills, with ticketing system management and cross-functional collaboration to drive compliance initiatives and timely resolutions.

Qualifications

• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Access, Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook).
• Strong communication with internal/external stakeholders.
• Experience with root cause analysis and data-driven problem solving.
• Experience in a call monitoring environment (2+ years).
• Ability to adjust priorities in a fast-paced setting.
• Knowledge of IT architecture for phone systems and call recording.

Responsibilities

• Audit, review data and documents to ensure compliance with policies and standards.
• Monitor and manage tickets within SLAs and TATs.
• Develop and maintain SOPs, reporting, and corrective action plans.
• Analyze trends and prepare leadership reports on compliance metrics.
• Lead or contribute to cross-functional projects and process improvements.
