Job summary

CVS Health is seeking a Senior Coordinator, Business Compliance to monitor operations for policy and regulatory adherence. You will conduct audits, review data, investigate concerns, and recommend corrective actions, while maintaining confidentiality.

In this role you will develop and maintain SOPs, track performance metrics, and oversee ticketing processes, collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive improvements and ensure regulatory compliance across the organization.

Qualifications

• 1 year of experience with Microsoft Office Suite: Access, Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook.
• 1 year experience communicating with internal/external associates, teams and business leaders.
• Minimum of 1 year experience with root cause analysis: identify and solve problems with urgency.
• Minimum of 2 years experience within a call monitoring environment.

Responsibilities

• Support and monitor business operations to ensure policy and regulatory adherence.
• Conduct audits, review data and documentation, and investigate compliance concerns.
• Develop and maintain SOPs, reporting, training and corrective action plans.
• Manage tickets within SLAs and contribute to cross-functional projects.
