Job summary

Netskope is hiring a Solutions Engineer to drive territory success and customer advocacy across the US. You will articulate Netskope's security architecture to senior security leaders, develop demos and POCs, and guide customers from evaluation to deployment while collaborating with product and HQ support.

You will travel within the territory, gather requirements, respond to RFIs/RFPs, and ensure customer satisfaction with timely solutions, working with cloud security tools and IdP providers.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience as a Solutions Engineer with presenting to executives.
• Demonstrated ability to present technical information to business leaders.
• Experience with systems installation and administration across Linux, MacOS and Windows.

Responsibilities

• Exceed sales targets in the territory.
• Articulate Netskope architecture to senior security management (CISO/CIO).
• Create best practices for demos, POCs, and win strategy.
• Lead regional customer success and resolve satisfaction issues.
• Present Netskope cloud security solutions to prospects and customers.
• Gather customer requirements and respond to RFIs/RFPs.
