dormakaba is seeking a Business Development Manager (healthcare) to lead healthcare sales for the Southeast region while working remotely. You will develop territory and account plans, meet sales targets, and promote access control solutions for healthcare facilities.

This role requires 5+ years in healthcare sales or facilities management, experience with healthcare customers, architects, and contractors, and proficiency with Salesforce.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma required.
• 5+ years of healthcare facility sales or facilities mgmt experience.
• Experience selling to healthcare customers and working with architects/GCs.
• CRM experience (Salesforce).
• Willingness to travel up to 50%.

Responsibilities

• Develop territory and account plans for the assigned territory.
• Meet sales targets through effective execution of the sales plan.
• Sell healthcare entrance, hardware, and access control solutions to healthcare customers.
• Grow maintenance contracts, billable service calls, and healthcare specifications in the territory.
• Collaborate with the sales team and healthcare customers to meet sales goals.
• Pursue maintenance agreements after new product installations.
